ATS
(Automatic Transfer Switch)* The ATS system
enables your generator to power up on its own when it senses power failure from
the local power grid. When the unit senses the electricity go out, the ATS
system automatically starts up your Everlast 6500 generator, supplying you with
the necessary power for your home or facility. Once the local power comes back
on the ATS safely and automatically shuts down the Everlast 6500. The ATS
system is found standard on the Everlast 6500 and is a safe and convenient way
to insure are never without power again. Now that is peace of mind.
*Caution. Many
companies offer the ATS system as an upgradeable option to their generator. We
include the ATS for the same low price they are charging for their generator
without the ATS.
AVR
(Automatic Voltage Regulator)
The AVR system
enables you to safe run all of today’s high tech and sensitive electronics such
as computers, DVD players, refrigerators, power tools etc. The AVR
automatically regulates the power output to your devices to prevent excess or
insufficient power supplier to your devices during operation. It helps to
maintain a steady flow of power to your devices and prevents high and low
spikes of power to be sent to them like lower quality, value based generators
are prone to do. Nothing worse than saving a few dollars by buying a cheaper
generator only to have it ruin thousands of dollars worth of your sensitive
electronic devices.
Diesel Engine
The
Everlast 6500 utilizes a quiet run diesel engine for several reasons.
- Reliability and Durability. Diesel
engines have a longer life span then gasoline engines. They can be run
harder, longer and more often.
- Diesel offers twice the compression as
gasoline making the engine work more efficient and burns less fuel.
- Diesel fuel is less volatile then

Electrical
Starter with Wireless Remote Control
The Everlast 6500
is equipped with an Electrical Start system (key operated), as well as remote start
system with wireless FOB remotes. The wireless remote starter allows the
operator to turn the Elite generator on and off from distances of up to 150
feet.
Cold Start Pre-Heater
The
Everlast 6500 is equipped standard with a glow plug pre-heater, which assists
in helping the unit to start under cold conditions; it also increases the
efficiency of the generators diesel engine.
As you may have
