Our 63mm KLX110 cylinder and pistons have been machined so no case boring or other modifications are necessary – Easy bolt on power! Also, TB KLX110 carb kits will fit this kit (carb will face towards front tire). A huge power increase for your 150 at a great price! BOLT ON , NO CASE BORE REQUIRED 160cc Big Bore Performance Kit (63mm) 53mm stroke x 63mm bore =165cc Kit Includes: Aluminum cylinder with steel sleeve High rpm/compression domed 63mm piston with rings, pin, & clips Head gasket kit (not shown in pic, but includes generator cover gasket)
