Our 63mm KLX110 cylinder and pistons have been machined so no case boring or other modifications are necessary – Easy bolt on power! Also, TB KLX110 carb kits will fit this kit (carb will face towards front tire). A huge power increase for your 150 at a great price! BOLT ON , NO CASE BORE REQUIRED Takegawa +R Head Larger Valve Diameters: Intake Valve=28.5mm/Exhaust Valve=23.5m Larger Valve Stem Diameter: Intake/Exhaust=4.5mm/Intake Port Diameter=26mm/Exhaust Port Diameter = 23mm +R Head Includes: Super Head +R Cylinder Head Roller Bearing Rocker Arms TB 16ccc BBK 160cc Big Bore Performance Kit (63mm) 53mm stroke x 63mm bore =165cc TB 165cc BBK Includes: Aluminum cylinder with steel sleeve High rpm/compression domed 63mm piston with rings, pin, & clips Head gasket kit (not shown in pic, but includes generator cover gasket) It is highly recommended that you run a lightened oil slinger and Inner Rotor Kit with this BBK and +R Head.
